Admissions & Marketing Assistant
Full Time/Full Year

Salary: £15,891 per annum (Point 20 on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff pay scale).

We are looking to appoint an organised and hardworking individual to assist in the admissions, school liaison and marketing of the College.

Main duties will include the planning and organisation of admissions activities, assisting in the development of marketing materials and PR as well as promoting a positive image of the College at a variety of events within local high schools and the College.

The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail, a flexible approach to work and enjoy working as part of a small but committed team.

Teacher of Law

Salary: The post will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges’ management allowance (B1 to B3 - £35,800 up to £38,200) available for a suitably qualified candidate who is seeking a
cross-College responsibility.

Health and Safety Officer

Salary Scale: £17,835 to £19,674 (Points 24 to 27 of SFCF Support Pay Spine).

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures within the College. Duties will be varied and the successful candidate will be expected to coach, guide and instruct employees on Health, Safety
and Environmental matters and provide administration support to the Estates Department. Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate Level is essential and the ideal candidate would have some experience in a busy working environment.

Media Technician
Full Time/Term Time Only, 37 hrs per week

Salary Scale: £17,835 - £19,062 pro rata per annum (Points 24-26 on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff pay scale).

From the 20th August 2008 the College requires a Media Technician to oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of the technical facilities of the Media-based courses. The successful candidate will have a wide knowledge of the Apple Macintosh provision and its associate applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
