After celebrating the fantastic exam results, Principal Stephen Pegg rushed down to London to receive a fabulous accolade from Number 10, Downing Street.
He was one of very few schools and college leaders invited to meet Gordon Brown and the Secretary of State for Education, at a lavish evening reception to celebrate “outstanding leadership in schools and colleges”
Steve Pegg commented: “It was an impressive occasion and it was nice to meet colleagues from across the education world. The Prime Minister outlined the Governments commitment to institutions like ours that provide education and support of the highest quality.”
